As a Service Manager you will be responsible for ensuring Students' educational success and satisfaction with their English course through excellent teaching and customer service via key performance indicators.
You will lead a highly qualified, service oriented team of teachers and customer service staff. Leadership tasks include budget control, quality control and day-to-day running of center service operations.
Key Human Resources responsibilities involve staff selection, training, observation, evaluation, motivation and professional development.
Additionally, the position involves teaching classes. You will also play an important role in the growth and development of the center in conjunction with the Center Director.
- CELTA or equivalent
- Two Years Teaching Experience
